Susitha Reddy

Susitha is an engineer by qualification and worked in the software industry for many years. She noticed that stress and limiting behavior were such a big part of the industry. She learned and applied stress relief techniques on herself and found that her work benefited greatly. She was driven to share these techniques to change the work environment from stress, conflicts and limitations to enthusiasm and excellence.

In the past 7 years, she has worked with people from different walks of life through her individual consultations and has held numerous workshops on Stress Management and Peak Performance. Since she has firsthand experience in the challenges of the corporate world her courses are very effective and practical.
